Lab Jukebox Jan. 6, 2012: Queen

So I’d like to do a feature here where I post a playlist that we’re currently listening to in the lab for your benefit. It’s just like being in the White labs, except you don’t have to get molested by our more frisky members (our lab’s reputation is pretty legendary around these parts). If you have Spotify, you’ll be able to click the link and tune in to what we’re blasting throughout Roger Adams Lab!

Queen – Greatest Hits – We Will Rock You Edition

So, you or a lab member have just had a paper accepted. Hell yeah! You’re all pretty stoked! Wait, the reviewers want three or four more reactions before they’ll publish? Well then, it’s time to get both pumped and upbeat at the same time! Enter Queen’s Greatest Hits, one of the best classic rock albums out there with enough guitar solos to get that reaction refluxing, thumping bass kicks to get you through that grueling purification, and Freddie Mercury croons to help you recover from the three day marathon you just agreed to participate in to get that paper out the door.

Congratulations, Shauna! Everyone, keep your eyes on JACS!
